The Dominguez Center for Data Science offers two programs to support students exploring data science research:
As part of the The JoAnn Patrick-Ezzell ’75 & Andrew Ezzell Data Science Student Fellows Program (DSSFP), students work on semester-long collaborative data science projects through the Dominguez Center for Data Science. The student fellows also meet regularly with the Center Director to discuss best practices in data science and engage in efforts to support the Dominguez Center.
As part of the Scholarly Grant Program (SGP), students work with a Bucknell faculty or staff member on a project relating to some aspect of data science. The SGP supports students in their data science research with an hourly stipend (at the standard rate of $11/hr) up to a maximum of $1000.
